Warranty Policy


At Cybeart we take pride in our effort to provide aesthetically designed and manufactured products with the highest-grade materials. Our products are fully certified by the world’s top established industry standards such as but not limited to FCC, CE, BIS, ICID, TRA, TDRA, SGS, BIFMA, TUV, SUD etc. Because we believe in the quality of our products, we are also providing the extensive warranty policies for them. The document below refers to the Cybeart Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) Policies for each of our products.

Note: This Limited Warranty policy is valid only in India. Unless products are exclusively sold overseas by Cybeart’s sales channel, our Warranty will not cover the products used overseas. The Warranty does not override any statutory rights that cannot be waived or limited by contract. Consumers are free to make a warranty claim under the Warranty. They may also exercise their statutory consumer rights, to the extent applicable.

*Except as expressly provided in this Warranty, Cybeart excludes all express and implied warranties or conditions, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose under any Federal, State/Provincial or National legislation governing the sale of consumer goods. For consumer transactions, the Warranty terms contained in this policy, except to the extent lawfully permitted, do not exclude, restrict, or modify, but are in addition to the mandatory statutory rights applicable to the sale of the products to the purchaser.

*This Limited Warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from our official online store (cybeart.in) or from an authorized Cybeart reseller (collectively, the “Authorized Channels”). Warranty coverage is not available for products purchased second-hand, resold, or acquired through any unauthorized channel.

Section 1: Warranty Terms common for all products


A. What we cover under this Warranty

1. This Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period of each product specific to its parts as defined under Sections 2, 3 and 4;

2. During the Warranty Term, Cybeart will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. 

Any shipping, courier, pickup, handling, packaging, or transportation costs are not covered under warranty. This includes shipping from the customer to Cybeart, and from Cybeart back to the customer, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Cybeart;

3. The product you bought will match the descriptions provided to you through our Authorized Channels or when you contacted us;

4. The product will fit your particular purpose if such was expressly stated by our Authorized Channels or you were informed of same, in writing, when you contacted us. We do keep records of all correspondence and communications and the above criteria will be based on our records.

B. What we don’t cover under this Warranty

1. Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship of a product;

2. Damage to the product resulting from abuse, negligence, unauthorized modification of the product, accidents, shipping, fire or water damage, caused by natural disaster or causes beyond our control;

3. Theft or loss of the product;

4. Minor deviation of a product from images or videos posted in the Authorized Channels or due to naturally occurring variations in the materials used in assembly of the product;

5. Improper assembly of the product or use or environmental conditions;

6. Normal wear and tear;

7. Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care;

8. Any condition resulting from the use of a product for anything other than personal or private use or any use for which the product was not intended, including but not limited to usage in rental or contract trade or commercial use;

9. Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse;

10. Any used or previously displayed items;

11. Contact of product with excessive moisture;

12. Modifications or failure to follow any recommended assembly or after-care instructions.

13. Damage resulting from any liquid or chemical spill over the product.

DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS: Warranty coverage may be limited or unavailable for discontinued products where replacement parts are no longer available. In such cases, Cybeart may offer an alternative remedy at its discretion.

C. Making a Warranty claim

Please submit your warranty claim within 14 days of discovering the defect. Please use the Warranty Claim Form or email us at cs@cybeart.in to submit your warranty request. You must provide us with the order number to validate your warranty. A clear picture and video is necessary for us to examine and potentially validate the defect. We encourage you to provide us with a full description of the defect(s) as well as a brief explanation of the way the defect happened/was found. If you refuse to send us the picture/video we hold the right to reject your claim, abandon it and/or tag it as invalid.

D. What we will do to fulfill Warranty claims

To make the process easier, Cybeart may resolve certain warranty claims by providing replacement parts and remote guidance for installation/repair, where feasible. You may choose to install the part yourself or use a third-party technician/contractor. Cybeart is not responsible for any damage caused by third-party work and does not cover any labour/installation charges.

Replacement parts may be new or refurbished. Refurbished parts are tested to meet functional performance standards, but may show minor cosmetic variations. If an exact replacement part/product is unavailable (including due to discontinuation), Cybeart may provide the closest reasonably available equivalent. Replacement parts are covered until the end of the original product’s warranty period or 30 days from the date you receive the replacement part, whichever provides longer coverage.

If a return of a part/product is required for inspection or replacement, shipping/handling costs (to Cybeart and back to you) are not covered under warranty and will be borne by the customer, unless Cybeart confirms otherwise in writing.

Any costs associated with repair/replacement after the warranty term must be paid by you, including (but not limited to) handling, shipping, packaging, and customs duties.

E. Limitation on transferability of Warranties

This Warranty applies to the original purchaser only. All the subsequent owners of the Cybeart product acquire it “as is” even though a warranty may still be valid on the product purchased by the original purchaser. Any attempt to transfer any warranty in violation of this paragraph will void the warranty.

F. Limitation of our liability to you

We will provide products that substantially match the description and quality standards presented at the time of purchase.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cybeart is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from misuse, negligence, abuse, improper assembly, unauthorized modification, accidents, normal wear and tear, or events beyond our control (including fire, water damage, or natural disasters).

To the extent permitted by law, Cybeart’s total liability under this Warranty shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the affected product. Cybeart is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

G. Governing Law

This Warranty, and any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or in connection with it (including its interpretation, validity, performance, or termination), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer protection laws and other applicable laws, the courts located in Vadodara, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and decide any such dispute, claim, or proceeding.

Section 2: Gaming Chairs


Cybeart chairs are composed of multiple components, each with its own warranty coverage. Major parts of the chair are tested against established quality and safety standards and are subject to Cybeart’s internal testing protocols. Upholstery materials and other parts may have separate coverage periods as listed below.

Extended Warranty: Where listed, extended warranty applies only if the product is successfully registered (as per Cybeart’s registration requirements).

What we don’t cover:

This section consists of non-coverage terms of the Warranty specific to gaming chairs and are in addition to or including those mentioned in Section 1 (B) of this Limited Warranty Policy.

1. All foam and filling materials naturally soften with regular use. This normal change in firmness does not constitute a defect under this Warranty.

2. We do not cover cosmetic or material wear caused by external factors, including but not limited to prolonged exposure to direct sunlight/heat, humidity, sweat, oils, friction, or lack of care. This includes issues such as pilling (fabric), peeling/cracking (leatherette), discoloration/fading, and surface wear when not caused by a manufacturing defect.

3. Minor variations in colour tone, texture, grain, stitching alignment, or material finish may occur and are not considered defects.

4. Injury or damage resulting from misuse, negligence, abuse, improper assembly, or use outside intended purpose is not covered (also covered under Section 1(B)).

Cybeart’s Limited Warranty period starts from the date the product is delivered to you. We will determine the delivery date based on our shipment tracking records.

Please follow the assembly and maintenance guidelines provided with the product (and/or available on our website) to avoid voiding the Warranty.

Section 3: Mouse Pads


Mouse Pads are covered under a 1 (one) year limited warranty from the date of delivery, applicable only to manufacturing defects under normal use.

What we cover:

1. Manufacturing defects in material or workmanship that affect normal usage (e.g., abnormal seam failure, edge stitching coming off under normal use, surface delamination not caused by misuse).

What we don’t cover:

1. Normal wear and tear (surface smoothing over time, minor fraying, color fading).

2. Stains, spills, burns, cuts, punctures, pet damage, water/chemical damage.

3. Damage caused by excessive heat/sun exposure, improper cleaning, or rough/abrasive surfaces.

4.Cosmetic issues that do not affect performance.

Section 4: Computer Mouse (Mice)


Warranty Term

• Pocket / Arcus: 1 (one) year limited warranty from date of delivery

• Artemis / Xeus / Ghost: 2 (two) years limited warranty from date of delivery

What we cover:

We cover manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, including issues affecting basic functionality such as:

1. Mouse not powering on / not charging (wireless models);

2. Sensor not tracking properly due to a manufacturing fault;

3. Scroll wheel/encoder malfunction not caused by dust/liquid/impact;

4. Primary buttons not clicking/registering due to internal defect;

5. Wireless receiver/dongle not pairing/working due to defect;

6. Charging port/connector failure due to defect.

What we don’t cover:

This warranty does not cover:

1. Normal wear and tear (button feel changes over time, reduced grip, minor looseness, cosmetic marks);

2. Consumables / cosmetic parts: mouse feet/skates, grips, coatings/paint wear, minor scratches, discoloration;

3. Battery capacity drop over time (natural degradation). Battery defects are covered; capacity fade is not;

4. Damage from liquid/moisture, sweat ingress, chemical spills, corrosion;

5. Damage from drops/impact/crushing, pets/rodents, fire, natural disasters;

6. Unauthorized repairs/modifications (opening the mouse, soldering, custom shells, aftermarket batteries, etc.). Warranty is immediately voided;

7. Issues caused by incompatible chargers/cables/power adapters or power surges;

8. Missing/lost accessories (dongle, cable) unless proven defective on arrival.

Dead-on-Arrival (DOA): If the product is non-functional at the time of delivery, please report it within 7 days of delivery with unboxing video/photos for priority resolution.

Section 5: Computer Keyboards


Warranty Term

Tri-Mode (Wireless) Versions: 2 Years

• X75 Rhino (Tri-Mode), Akula 99 (Tri-Mode), Akula 65 (Tri-Mode), Nighthawk 75 (Tri-Mode)

Wired Versions: 1 Year

• Akula 99 Lite, Akula 65 Lite, Nighthawk 75 Lite

What we cover:

We cover manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, including issues affecting basic functionality such as:

1. Keyboard not powering on / not detected by PC (wired);

2. Wireless not connecting/pairing (tri-mode) due to internal defect;

3. PCB/controller failure, LED/backlight failure due to defect;

4. Keys not registering due to internal PCB/hotswap socket defect (not due to bent switch pins or user installation damage);

5. Charging port failure due to defect (tri-mode);

6. Factory-installed stabilizer defects that prevent normal use (e.g., severe rattle from incorrect assembly, stabilizer binding);

What we don’t cover:

This warranty does not cover:

1. Normal wear and tear (shine on keycaps, legends fading, minor sound changes);

2. Consumables / user-replaceable parts (typically not covered unless DOA): Keycaps, switches, stabilizer tuning/lube-related preferences, foam mods, tapes, etc.

3. Damage from liquid spills, moisture, corrosion, chemical spills

4. Damage from switch pulling / installation errors (bent pins, broken hot-swap sockets caused by force, damaged PCB traces)

5. Firmware flashing/modding issues, third-party software, custom drivers, unsupported settings;

6. Unauthorized repair/modification (soldering, reworking PCB, third-party batteries, etc.) Warranty is immediately voided;

7. Power issues from improper adapters/hubs, power surges, incorrect cables (where applicable)

8. Missing/lost accessories (dongle, cable) unless proven defective on arrival.

Dead-on-Arrival (DOA): If the product is non-functional at the time of delivery, please report it within 7 days of delivery with unboxing video/photos for priority resolution.
