1st time ever buying a cybeart chair ! Absolutely love the chair very high quality perfect!! Would definitely recommend
Finally here I am after logging 300 hours of use in the chair I picked the Ghost edition which if I knew it was all black I would of picked another one but over all the chairs been alright… I have a wheel hole that was stripped but warranty jumped in and a new base is on the way, the sitting base is awesome it does make some cracking sounds when I lean in it but it’s comfortable, best arm rests out there I’ve looked at many chairs and my dark knight broke in no time but the arms are amazing on this chair , the recline again feels slight compared to the Anda seat but the seat base alone makes up for it and the back of the chair for sitting makes it again comfortable…. And this review won’t let me add pictures so that’s handy for the extra warranty

Opened and assembled my APEX chair today and spend most of the day in it and it’s awesome! Instructions were easy to follow and super simple! Quality is awesome and the adjustability and ease of adjustment is perfect!
My only criticism is that the magnet in the chair for the pillow isn’t strong enough for how thick the padding and the leather is and it almost always falls down. Not an issue while using the pillow, but something to consider I guess. A elastic band like other brands have done would be a perfect fix.
5/5 stars. I don’t see any issues in the future.
This product was ordered for my son who's a huge gamer, receiving this chair was very painful and torturous for him as he asked for it as a gift, due to the high demand, we had wrapped only the picture of his chair sine it wasn't delivered in time, however, this is not negative feedback/review, it only shows that it's an amazing product. Recently delivered, all we are hearing now is how comfortable, and great looking it is.
According to him, the wait was ALL worth it - he loves it and very happy for his selection and he's told all his gaming buddies that the cost, slow delay due to chairs not manufactured fast enough, he would do it all over again.

I already had the Batman gaming chair and wanted my wife to enjoy the same quality and comfort, so now she's enjoying the Wonder Woman chair. By the way, just a small recommendation from her: It would be nice to add a red touch to the current design!
First off. I emailed asking some questions about their shipping policies and received a response in less than 24 hrs. Very thankful for that as US wasn't listed on international shipping FAQ so glad they got to me quick as I was then looking at secretlab. I ordered on a Tuesday and received Saturday, which I was very impressed due to shipping internationally. Came way quicker than expected.
As far as the packing I was very impressed. Lots of foam and padding uses to ensure no shipping damage and the box itself was lord of the rings themed which added an extra flair. The work instructions were easy and they printed it on a 3ftX3ft poster which was awesome rather than the usual pamphlet you get with other products. Was a better way and I liked it.
As far as the chair I am very impressed. One side of the leather wasn't as drawn tight as the other but very impressed by the quality. The stitching is well down and other than that my chair came flawless.
As far as comfort I am describing this as my opinion as a 6' 3" 205lb man with 34 inch waist line. I own an XL dx racer game chair and will use that as comparison. The cybeart fits me perfectly. The lumbar is in the perfect position and the width of the chair fits perfect. The sides of the backrest do snug me in so if you are larger at the waist this may be an issue being a tighter fit. If you are the XL dxracer would be a better option as it is much more roomy but I do light this snug fit. The height of the back rest where my head hits is perfect. Both this and dxracer say up to 6'8" if you are that tall the cybeart may be a hair short and dxracer be better suited for that height as when I sit in that chair it is a comfortable height but where my head hits the dxracer pillow is a but low whereas cybeart hits my head just right. If you are shorter than 6' xl dxracer and cybeart may not sit as comfy.
As far as the seat yes it is firm as with any gaming chair I've sat in, cybeart, dxracer, secretlab. All are firm and not "squishy" my dxracer may be a bit squishier but I've had it for 7 years so may just be worn in more.
Overall very impressed by customer support, shipping speed, packaging, quality, and comfort. I would highly recommend this to anyone similar to myself give or take 3" or heavier/lighter.
I did read most of the 1 to 2 star reviews and their experience was not my experience.

The Apex Ghost version, is heavy duty for a long time of gaming.
