Refund & Returns Policy


At Cybeart, we design and test our products to established global industry standards and conduct additional internal quality checks. If you’re not satisfied with a purchase or need help, reach us at cs@cybeart.in, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.

This Refund & Returns Policy explains when you may request a cancellation, return, exchange, replacement, or refund. Warranty claims (manufacturing defects after the return window) are handled separately under our Warranty Policy. In case of any conflict, the Warranty Policy applies.

Before returning any product or proceeding to initiate a product return, please review the following return/refund terms and conditions for each product below, which set out the particular and different refund and return details for specific products.

A. Order Cancellation (All Products)


• Before dispatch/shipping: You may cancel without fees.

• After dispatch/shipping: Cancellation is not possible; you may request a return (if eligible) after delivery under the relevant section below.

B. Return Types (Standard Definitions)


• Change-of-Mind Returns (Eligible products only):

Allowed only within the stated return window and only if the product is returned in “as new” condition with complete packaging/accessories.

• Incorrect / Missing Item:

Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer box and contents.

• Damaged in Transit / Dead on Arrival (DOA):

Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the packaging and product.
Where verified, we will offer replacement / repair / refund as per the product category and stock availability.

Section 1: Gaming Chair


You can cancel any order without any fees or charges at any time before your order has shipped. If your order has been shipped, but you would still like to return your product for refund or exchange, please follow the steps and regulations below.

Eligibility of the return of gaming chairs is based on the following criteria:

• Product is in the same “as new” condition as received;

• Original packaging is preserved and not damaged;

• No missing/damaged parts. Any damage after delivery is the customer’s responsibility;

• Chair must be returned fully disassembled, as shipped. We do not accept returns of partially assembled products. If we receive partially assembled chairs, we may (at our discretion) either:

• deduct disassembly/handling fees, or

• return the chair back to you with shipping charges payable by you.

Return Validity

• Website orders: Up to 14 days from the date you received the chair.

• Marketplace orders (Amazon etc.): 7 days return period, subject to the marketplace return rules. Delivery date is based on tracking records.

• Authorized Resellers: Return to their own stores and returns will take place based on their return policies, not Cybeart's.

Return Packaging

• Must be returned in original packaging with all components.

• Missing parts/packaging may result in deductions based on what is missing.

Return Shipping Fees

• You are responsible for return shipping charges.

• You may request a discounted return label from Cybeart, but you are not obligated to use it. Return shipping cost (if arranged by Cybeart) will be deducted from the refund.

Damage Fees

If the product is returned with damage, wear, stains, torn material, broken parts, or missing components, we may deduct a damage/restocking amount depending on the condition.

Refund

• Refunds are initiated within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the chair.

• Refunds are processed to the same payment method used at purchase. Bank/payment processing times may vary.

Section 2: Mouse Pads


A mouse pad return is eligible only if:

• Product is in “as new” condition as received.

• Original packaging is preserved and not damaged.

• No missing/damaged parts.

• No wear/tear on cloth surface and no damage to edge stitching.

• For Aurora Series (LED): must be fully working with no damage to the LED system, controller, or USB cable.

• Products with evidence of liquid/chemical damage are not eligible for return/exchange.

Return Validity

• Website orders: Up to 14 days from the date you received the product.

• Marketplace orders (Amazon etc.): As per the marketplace return policy / time window.

• Authorized Resellers: Return to their own stores and returns will take place based on their return policies, not Cybeart's.

Section 3: Computer Mouse (Mice)


Because mice are high-precision input devices, our return checks focus on condition, accessories, and wear.

A mouse return is eligible only if:

• It is in “as new” condition (no scratches, dents, discoloration, or heavy signs of use).

• All items are included: mouse, receiver/dongle (if applicable), cable, manuals, stickers, spare parts/accessories (if any), and original packaging.

• Mouse feet/skates are not excessively worn/peeled and there is no adhesive/tape residue.

• No evidence of liquid/chemical damage or unauthorized modification/repair attempts.

Return Validity

• Website orders: Up to 14 days from the date you received the product.

• Marketplace orders (Amazon etc.): As per the marketplace return policy / time window.

• Authorized Resellers: Return to their own stores and returns will take place based on their return policies, not Cybeart's.

DOA / Defective on Arrival

If the mouse is DOA or has a verified functional defect reported within 48 hours of delivery, we will arrange the next steps (replacement/repair/refund) after basic troubleshooting and verification.

Return Packaging

• Must be returned in original packaging with all components.

• Missing parts/packaging may result in deductions based on what is missing.

Return Shipping Fees

• You are responsible for return shipping charges.

• You may request a discounted return label from Cybeart, but you are not obligated to use it. Return shipping cost (if arranged by Cybeart) will be deducted from the refund.

Section 4: Computer Keyboards


Keyboards include multiple components (switches, stabilizers, keycaps, cable, receiver, etc.), so all parts must return together.

A keyboard return is eligible only if:

• Keyboard is in “as new” condition (no dents, heavy shine/wear, broken keycaps, damaged ports, bent pins, or missing keys).

• Includes all accessories: cable, receiver/dongle (if applicable), keycap puller/switch puller (if included), manuals, spare keycaps/switches (if included), and original packaging.

• No evidence of liquid/chemical damage.

• No unauthorized modification (including soldering, internal rewiring, or physical alteration). Hot-swap switch changes (if your model supports it) are fine — but the keyboard must still be returned complete, clean, and undamaged.

Return Validity

• Marketplace orders (Amazon etc.): As per the marketplace return policy / time window.

Section 5: Common Pre-Shipping Notes


These notes are applicable to all of our products.

• Products must be returned in original packaging, properly packed for safe transit.

• Any damage caused during return transit (due to poor packing or the carrier) is not Cybeart’s responsibility. We may:

• reject the return and ship the item back to you, or

• issue a partial refund after deducting damage fees (based on inspection).

•We are not responsible for returns that are lost/damaged/rejected because return instructions were not followed.

• We encourage shipping insurance for high-value returns. Any claim with the carrier is the customer’s responsibility.

• After shipping the return, please share the tracking ID within 7 business days (if you arranged your own shipment).

• This policy is subject to applicable law and does not limit any statutory consumer rights.

Please note that all the return and refund decisions taken by Cybeart are FINAL and no appeals can be made therefrom. All the decisions are made after extensive evaluation and consideration of all of the relevant factors of the specific return situation.
